Who are we and what do we offer?

Solbrokers Property Agency Ltd is a new dynamic company, specializing in helping clients with a hassle free property purchase experience in Spain. Our aim is to make your property experience run smoothly and efficiently.

Solbrokers Property Agency Ltd also helps you save money in the process.  Because we are a small private Internet company, our overheads are low. We will return 30% of our commission directly with you. That can be as much as £3000 for a purchase of £100,000.

We will set up an account for you to exchange your funds into euros if required. You will find the exchange rates far superior to any high street bank. We think we can achieve a 2% saving for you on your money exchange. That’s another £2000 for every £100,000. In total a 5% saving, or £5000 for a purchase of £100,000.

So, what will it cost you? Absolutely Nothing!

 That sounds too good to be true of course, but we do not collect any money from you. We receive our commission from the developer. All your payments are paid directly to your solicitor or developer.

We will refund 30% of our commission to you when the developer pays Solbrokers. It will be our way of thanking you for your business and hopefully you will tell more of your friends.
